The Platform
The Student's Online Aspirational Resource (SOAR) was developed to address a simple imbalance. Students are asked to make long-term decisions with limited exposure to the people who have already navigated those paths. The platform brings direct insight into that process, connecting students with professionals across a wide range of fields and experiences. It is designed to be useful both to those with a defined direction and to those still exploring.
Growth
What began as a school-wide 8th grade project evolved into a structured platform reaching over 24,000 students across Brazil. Expansion came through consistent iteration, partnerships with school institutions, and a focus on clarity of content rather than volume. The result is a system that scales without losing its original purpose.
Impact
SOAR shifted how students approach career exploration by replacing speculation with access. It has supported course development, informed student decision-making, and created a framework where guidance is not abstract.
